Henry Lambert is a Notts-based writer of poetry and prose, who uses both mediums to explore themes such as eco-criticism and the beauty in everyday human experience. He was a Writer in Residence at Bromley House Library in 2025 and has represented the Speak Easy spoken word collective at the National Poetry Collectives Showcase four years running.
An aspiring marine biologist, his work is influenced by contemporary and Romantic attitudes towards nature and humanity, with a specific focus on the ocean, which serves as the central theme throughout much of his work. Currently, he is a frequent performer at local poetry open mics and is writing a nautical dystopian novel.
