About this event

Bernardine Evaristo, renowned author of such works as Mr Loverman, Blonde Roots and Lara, will be joining us to launch her latest novel Girl, Woman, Other (released 2nd May 2019) at the National Justice Museum on Friday 24th May 2019. The event simultaneously launches the Changing Wor(l)ds festival of literary and cultural activism.

With supporting poet Panya Banjoko, Dr Evaristo will be reading from Girl, Woman, Other, discussing her work and taking questions. Join us for this exciting evening which is sure to explore some of the most pressing social questions of our time. Ticket price includes a welcome drink, entry to the main event and a free first edition copy of Girl, Woman, Other.
