About this event

In the lead up to the publication of his new book, Another Peak, Alex Staniforth joins us to celebrate World Book Night with an inspirational talk about his experiences of overcoming adversity using outdoor experiences. Alex aims to educate others and inspire hope that mental illness is no barrier to achievement, particularly for men suffering with mental health issues.

We will also have copies of Mad Girl by Bryony Gordon and The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion to give away too!

It's sure to be an evening of positivity and hope, so book your free place by emailing enquiryline@nottinghamcity.gov.uk, in person at Central Library or phone 0115 915 2825.
