About this event

One of the wonderful things about poetry is that you can write in different voices, utilising poetic techniques to explore alternative perspectives and stories.

In this workshop, you will you explore new ways of writing, using a series of fun writing activities to create new work, and avoid the pitfalls of writing in different voices. This workshop is great for anyone with an interest in writing poetry, or anyone looking to try a fun creative activity! (This workshop is suitable for all ages and abilities.)

Poet and workshop leader, Leanne Moden, will share tips, techniques and tricks for improving your poetry, sharing contemporary examples and helping you to improve your writing.

This workshop will be delivered online via Zoom. Zoom is a web-based video calling service. In order to access this workshop, you will need an internet connection, and a computer with built-in camera or webcam, and a built-in microphone or speaker. The link to join the workshop will be emailed to you ahead of the session.
