About this event

About this Event
NWS introduces a new series of workshops, "In Conversation with NWS Members" where we invite members of our talented cohort of writers to talk about their writing style, process, and works-in-progress!

In April, we'll be joined by NWS Member and author Rob Hann for a talk focussed on his personal writing journey, writing for children and publishing.

Rob will spend time talking about what he writes, how he got into writing and publishing books across different genres (Law, War, and the GrumbleGroar). He will touch upon his experience of writing for children including writing routine, process and personal projects before treating us to a few poems from his publication, ‘The Quangle Wangle’s Back!’

Book your place
Tickets are FREE for NWS Members and £3 for general admission.

This session will be delivered online via Zoom. Zoom is a cloud-based video conferencing service you can use to virtually meet with others - either by video or audio-only or both. A user manual containing access instructions and a link will be sent out to you shortly before the workshop. You will need an internet connection and a computer with either a built-in camera or webcam and a built-in microphone/speaker.
