About this event

On Wednensday 14th August, Beeston Tales moves to a new venue. Come and join us at The Victoria Hotel as we welcome Maria Whatton with City of Dogs.

Through a kingdom where the air is a symphony of barks and howls, a pack of dogs race towards a court of justice. Welcome to the City of Dogs where a trail of stories unfolds as a trial is held.

In this warm and witty storytelling by Maria Whatton, the relationship between humans and their four-legged friends is told through myth, legend and folk tale. A superlative shaggy dog story for dog owners, dog lovers and even those who prefer cats, this terrific tale will get tongues, and tails wagging.

Wednesday 14th August at The Victoria Hotel, Beeston NG9 1JG. Tickets £7 on the door or £6 in advance from
