Join our special guest panel, as we discuss the importance of place in literature and celebrate the bicentenary of the birth of Emily Brontë.

Winner of the Lucy Cavendish Fiction Prize, Emily Midorikawa (co-author of A Secret Sisterhood) talks about the hidden relationships of Jane Austen and the Brontës.

Emily will be joined by The Newstead Abbey Byron Society’s Ken Purslow and Lauren Livesey, Audience Development Officer, Brontë Parsonage Museum, Haworth.

Chaired by Tim Rideout, Festival Friend.
