About this event

Journaling for Wellbeing will explore different strategies for personal growth, creativity and life management.
The course will provide a supportive environment to explore how to get started or develop a journal. You will gain an awareness of how to manage self-expression, capture information and events as well as use your thoughts and experiences to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and use your journal as a problem-solving tool. There will be opportunities to try different styles and creative techniques for journaling.
