Anne Holloway

Anne is a poet, performer, experienced and enthusiastic educator and workshop facilitator.

About Anne

Anne has worked with a broad range of organisations, age groups and abilities, including six years as Co-Director of The Mouthy Poets. She is a Quality Assessor for literature and participatory work for Arts Council England.

Her writing draws on myth, nature and memory to explore the relationships and roles within family and social groups, with a strong sense of narrative and gentle humour. She has published a novel Korakas and is working on a collection of poetry.

She is founder of enabling organisation Big White Shed, believes we all have a story to tell and encourages us to write it down and tell it, as long as we don’t bore the pants off anyone in the process.
