Local author, linguist and dialect expert, Natalie Braber presents her new book and shares the language of the pits through the slang and short-hand used by the workers. 

David Amos, best-known locally for his comprehensive history of the Miners of Nottinghamshire, will talk through their collaborative new titlefeaturing unique and previously unseen photographs that captured and industrial age now lost.
