Paula Rawsthorne is an award-winning YA writer. Her novels, The Truth About Celia Frost and Blood Tracks have won several book awards.
Her third YA novel, 'Shell' will be published in Jan 2018.
She's a writer in residence for the literacy organisation First Story and is invited to do talks and workshops in secondary schools all over the country.
Originally from Liverpool, she loves her adopted city of Nottingham and was proud to be commissioned to write a story for These Seven, the city's first ever Big Read.
Her short stories for adults have been published in several anthologies and broadcast on BBC Radio 4. She's a member of Nottingham Writers' Studio and enjoys being part of Nottingham's vibrant literary community.
