Adrian's short film White Lily won 5 awards from Focus International Film Festival in 2016 and was nominated for two more. Other shorts have been critically acclaimed and toured by the British Council, and he is now developing features.
Adrian moved to Nottingham after working as a copywriter in London. His first play Probably A Robbery led to talks about a film version with Tim Bevan, producer of hits including Four Weddings And A Funeral.
In 2014 he spoke at Find The Others, a festival in Liverpool celebrating writer Robert Anton Wilson, opening doors to new collaborations. In addition to his own comics projects, Adrian put together artists and writers and worked with them to deliver stories for Dawn of the Unread, an online comics anthology that won the 2105 Guardian Award for Teaching Excellence.
